There were no instructions for use. Drive adaptor poorly made as notch is not high enough to stop you inserting it wrongly. |

The product took many weeks to arrive from overseas not Australia. The AC plug is not an Australian Standard plug and will need an adapter (not supplied) to use in an Australian 240V socket. The moulding appears poor on the drive connector and I believe one of the pin sockets is closed over. Overall not impressed even though the price was good. |

When I asked for information on tracking the order I was told wait till x date then ask this is not good enough all I wanted was to have the tracking number and track the shipment myself. |

The item arrived DOA. I have not been able to use. Still in box. I was not too concerned as it was so low cost. Not too worried. The power supply was worth the money anyway. The USB adaptor does not respond at all. I put it down to "You win some, you loose some." I figured too much mucking around to get replacement. I never buy anything of large value for this reason. |
