I have just purchased this unit and so far it has performed quite brilliantly, we use it to cool a small Granny flat and it does the job with ease. The level of noise is quite acceptable and the ease of use is very good . I would recommend this unit to anyone who needs to cool a small area .I cannot comment on the heating cycle , but if it performs as good as the cooling we will be very happy. I ordered two airconditioning units. They were delivered promptly and in good order and were easy to set up, although I had to modify the fittings as my windows were not standard. Overall the service was excellent. |

Has excessive fan noise due to design.Tell the manufacturer to increase fan diameter and slow the speed down to move the same amount of air without making so much wind noise. The rest of the operations are fine. |

This item is falsely advertised it is not a reverse cycle unit but single cycle. I was promised a refund of money due to wrong adversiing but have never recieved it. Sugest that you find another supplier. These people are not to be trusted. |
