I am extremely disapointed with all aspects of the service I receieved, from the error I got when trying to pay, to my failed attempts to have someone contact me about that error (where I was told that I should just pay for it a second time), to the product being broken when I received it. Since fixing the product it has been excellent, but every aspect of purchasing it was terrible. |
