I did not receive the tree with the rest of the order. I had to call your so called service department three times, after Xmas because i could never get through to anyone before Xmas. I have spent hours and hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. I have just received the tree, bit late for Xmas. I understand that you would have been extremely busy before Xmas, but i was not advised that the tree would not be coming and if i had not persisted with my phone calls, i have to wonder if i would have ever received the tree. |
