Product arrived in a very good condition, however, I would like to see a camouflaging technique used when sending products like these. I got a comment from my Post Office stating that I was lucky that the microwave oven did not disappear in transit as many other items do. Shrinkwrapping in dark plastic would be an idea. You can think of another way if you like, but to hide the contents of such products, would be good practice Thank you Brian |

This order was handled very professionally, I received an email a few days later to say the order was delayed due to unexpectedly high demand, I was surprised to find the item was delivered only ten days later. Its a good microwave with all the basic features you need, excellent value for the price. My old microwave Ive had for over 15 years and was worried about potential leakage of microwaves so this was a good opportunity to replace it. Very happy with the product and customer service. Would recommend both highly. |

I have since found many similar microwaves much cheaper and available locally. So if anything goes wrong I can take it back, just around the corner. next time I will look around before ordering. However I must say that I have been buying from Topbuy for many years and the service is one of the best, of the online stores. However prices are not that good anymore just like the other online stores. |
