I was home at the time a white van with a "topbuy" logo on the side delivered it. The front door was open but the delivery person decided he would throw the package in the garden behind my letterbox. Luckily I retrieved it immediately thus preventing any chance of theft. This is the second time this has happened. I understand these people may be pressed for time and have other deliveries to make but this is not the way to deliver items. I might also add that I am pleased with all the purchases I have made thru your company. |
