Delivery took more than a week as it was claimed I hadnt made a payment (watch out if you are told to do "a random credit card verification check). Had to refer to my bank to prove I had paid. Item arrived but no polystyrene packing or other form of padding or packing save the box. However the item appears undamaged. Having trouble with the BW reporting "temporarily unavailable" which seems to happen to others. Not sure yet if it is the unit or the software yet, although I am on the latest firmware. |

Whilst the Beyonwiz is the best PVR Ive seen and used, I cant say as much about TopBuy..... They said 3-8 days delivery - mine took 27 days, they lost the order, said it was shipped twice and it wasnt, offered me my money back - but then it finally arrived. I normally have no plroblems with online shopping BUT THIS TIME I DID. |
