After much research, I finally decided on a Canon 600D with 18-135mm lens, which would allow me to shoot most of what I wanted without having to carry around extra gear on my imminent walking holiday. This was my first major internet purchase, and I was a little apprehensive....however, TOPBUY delivered the equipment at a very competitive price, within the timeframe that was quoted, and with a minimum of fuss. I particularly liked the ability to track the progress of my order right to my door! The camera has performed like a dream from the very first shot. I have gradually been increasing my use of the more advanced features, and continue to be impressed by the still-shot results. My only reservation is with the video capability....I guess Im still trying to get my head around using video on a DSLR, but its not particularly easy to get good results.
