Entire experience spoilt by TopBuy removing the lens from its original packaging and putting inside the box of the camera that I purchased at the same time. Not a good way to ship an expensive lens. I sent feedback but got no response. |

After Googling Topbuy I was a bit concerned about their legitimacy but decided to go through with my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised. My order and online msg were promptly responded to including via a phone call. I was politely advised that they didnt think the camera would be delivered in time for the weekend but then to my surprise it arrived on the Thursday. The service I received from Topbuy would be the best and most prompt I have ever received from an online dealer. I thoroughly recomend them. |

The camera purchase was easy and delivery was fast (4 days from time of order), in perfect order and without any difficulties. Fedex tracking was excellent. The associated warranty purchased with this item took far too long for delivery (14 days) particularly as it was an online registration. There appeared to be no tracking advice. |
