we purchased the laserjet priter . but i made an error it was black white print only , no colour. i wasnt able to change it seem i missed out by one day. what poor, poor, poor service top buy.com.au has. well in retail land we are able to change, for the right product even if we have made the error. now i have that laser jet printer which i dont requirer..very very unhappy customer .. to your management team place your customer first............ they always pay your way. in sales and your companies PROFITS.......PROFITS..
