Excellent product, price and service from Topbuy. If there were any criticism to be made, Id have to say that delivery could have been a little faster, but I did order over the Easter period which may have resulted on slower shipping. |

Phone is a quality product. On paper doesnt measure up to the likes of the Galaxy but is more user friendly & has a better finish. Problem with the phone being Asia sourced. Some slight differences to Aus. model. Price very competitive. Delivery was excellent. Would buy from "topbuy" again as long as they remain competitive with their pricing. |

Had some problems setting up. Still one minorr problem with phone shutting down when making a call. Otherwise the phone is an excellent deal and worthy of its high praise. |

Product was delivered quickly and does everything it says it does and more. Very easy to use, larger screen makes viewing clearer. The battery does run down quickly and there is some heating up of the device when using it. Other than those couple of things, I have no regrets purchasing this product. |

I purchased the phone for my wife who has never owned a smart phone before. She absolutely loves it. Initial set up of the phone was simple, the prompts guided me quickly through the process and I love the way it asks you if you have a data plan and if not lets you switch to an existing WiFi network only for all data transfers. This was a big deal for us as several freinds have had huge unexpected data bills when they didnt/couldnt understand how to set up their phones correctly. The features of the phone are great, huge screen makes viewing a pleasure, apps and features all work well, camera is simple to use, customisation of contacts etc is straight forward, web browsing is simple. Cant fault the product and apart from being a phone its a lot of fun to play with. |

Good phone as its a replacement on Samsumg Galaxy I which cracked when I put in my pocket. This phone is quicker than Galaxy and definatley more robust in construction. |

Product was as advertised, although the GPS home location was in China and I had to search online for how to reset. Value good, had to ring HTC helpline twice for assistance to get internet access and still trying to get mms working apparently this is an issue with this model. Overall dispatch time average but once in transit quick delivery. |

Proffesional service, pleased with shipping arrangements and packaging including tracking. Pissed off with all the bloody promos you send through though, it turns me off and I have blocked them. Im probably not the only one. I have just read your guidlines, it seams like you only want to hear wonderful things about yourselves, you ask for feedback from the customers point of view not an ego stroke. As for references to other stores, I thought competition was a good thing, you are too sensitve for this, time to get realistic. |

Phone arrived quickly (3 days) and in original packaging. Very happy with it. The only minuses were that the packaging was marked and a little torn (no damage to phone), it was locked to a foreign GPS (I live in Australia) and the plug was also foreign. However, topbuy included an adapter and a 8gb Micro SDHC card free of charge. All things considered, I will definitely purchase from this site again. |

My mobile arrived new and with all instructions and i have been very happy with the phone. The screen is huge, easy to see and operate and i have a huge amount of storage for my contacts and all my music. Now i have no need for my much loved MP3 player. |

Initially I was sent an Arabic phone that did not work, which was incredibly annoying. The phone was exchanged for a working one but it was incredibly frustrating to be sent a phone that did not work and was not in English in the first place, and then to have to wait for that phone to be returned and the new one sent out. Obviously Top Buy needs to have a look at their quality control procedures so that wrong items are not getting sent out. I do appreciate the fact that the exchange was done quickly, Im guessing this review wont get published since you dont want "criticism of Top Buys service" but in your request for feedback, you stated you wanted to hear what I had to say, whether it was positive or negative. |

Good product, works well, however product was supplied with the Arabic language rather than English which is annoying and I have been unable to convert it to pure English as the base language. It appears to have been sourced from the Middle East. Customer service and delivery times are a bit slow. |

This phone boots up very quickly and is easy to use. Only issues I have had with this phone is that it will not connect to Vodafones 3G network, nor will any data plan work so it will not connect to the internet other than through an eisting wireless connection. Kind of makes this phone pointless without those two things working, especially when travelling. Hope they do fi as it is a good phone otherwise. |
