Shipped from Hong Kong, door to door within 4 days, amazing service. The phone did not come with any english instructions for setup, only in Italian. It also came with a US plug with an Australian adapter, which is bulky and clumsy to use. It would be useful for Topbuy to sell cases and protective screen covers for this phone model. |

Arrived quickly from overseas. Product is sturdy, has a solid build and was very easy to setup. The HTC Sense Gingerbread interface is even easier and intuitive to use than the Froyo version. Being from overseas, the product does not have the ACMA A-Tick, but is perfectly functional on the Australian mobile network. The AC charger has a UK type plug, but comes with adapter for AU/NZ use. The phone is a good balance between price and functionality. |

Arrived very promptly. Great product, but unfortunately it came without any instructions in English. As is usual these days however, no printed manual is provided, although a [non English] Quick Start Guide still is. The manual, available on the Net runs to about 220 A4 pages!!!!! The product also came without a universal electric plug to charge the phone via 240 volt plug in, just the two pronger [round, not Aussie type]. When I contacted TopBuy they explained that the product comes from Taiwan and, for reasons I didn't understand, can't have instructions in English provided!!! But again, great product - and very well priced. |
