Excellent product , quality was very good and value for money . Customer service not the best , customer service is slow to contact via the Internet ! would be much quicker by phone , Was not able to start or ( boot up new computer ) took 3 days to find out what I needed to do to have the problem fixed . Meanwhile I took computer to a computer tec and discovered the plug to hard drive was not connected , Not sure if this way an assembly oversight or fell off during postage ? Some travelling involved to have fixed but was not charged . All good and working very well , I purchased this item for a friend and they are very pleased . Regards Peter . |
