The setup process is excellent and the printer looks stylish. The printer paper feed mechanism has a tendency to jam more frequently than I have ever experienced with any other printer and extracting the jammed paper is difficult. The help system gives no useful information on how to accomplish this more easily saying only to avoid tearing the paper which isnt easy. The supplied ink cartridges were expended in the first day of use. Larger capacity cartridges are available and not supplying these with the printer seems false economy since having the ink run out adversely affected my opinion of the printer inconveniencing me in the process. I have always purchased Canon brand printers and chose this Lexmark because it offered borderless A5 printing. |
