A good all round lens, great for happy snaps or taking on holiday when you dont want to weigh yourself down with other weighty lens combinations. The extra reach of the 300mm, combined with the VR functionality allows absolute beginners to get very acceptable results. Not as fast to autofocus and track fast moving objects, when compared with other Nikons in the range, but at this bargain price, you wont be disappointed. |
