The Sunbeam Avalanche is a great product to make icy cold drinks even better! I love drinks that are pretty much at freezing point so I am so happy with my purchase of the Avalanche. I had researched whether I should by a proper slushie machine, like the Sunbeam Slush Magic, however found out from other reviews that slushie machines use too much salt and ice and they take forever to actually make a slushie, and you cant even use them in hot weather because it would melt the ice! So the Avalanche is a perfect substitute because all you need to do is add ice cubes and it chips the ice into very small fragments, which means you can use it in whatever weather you like, and you can add the shaved ice to whatever drink you want, even milky drinks. It is also a lot cheaper than most slushie machines and has less components to clean. I found that Top Buy was the cheapest place to by the Sunbeam Avalanche and I was very satisfied with their service. My order arrived sooner than expected so |
