This product has performed as expected to date. I have other Seagate products and they, too, are of good quality with no problems to date. I have not had need to contact customer service, but I should imagine they would do their utmost to help. The price from TopBuy was much lower than other retailers. |

i'm so glad you asked! I had been wanting 1TB ext.USB drive for quite a while but others were too expensive for an old pensioner like me LOL When i saw the Seagate 1TB for that price i just had to get it. I already have 1 other Seagate product (The Wheel 6gb) which i bought years ago elsewhere and its excellent, so i knew this Seagate 1TB drive would be just as reliable. I'm very happy! This Seagate 1TB has enhanced and extended the life and functionality of my poor old (60gb) pc and relieved it of quite a lot of gb LOL. So if anyone is wanting an extra drive space, get yourself one of these SEAGATE 1TB expansion USB desktop drives, they are excellent quality and work well.... plug in and its on!
